Worker Voice mission is to ensure social justice, economic, educational, legal and political enhancement to the downtrodden and disadvantages sections of the society, through developing mechanism and capacity building.

To create a sense of brotherhood, cooperation, mutual harmony and to perform work for general public.

We are working for the common people since 2012, while Worker Voice has finally been registered as a public trust in 2022.

We have done very important work in the interest of the general public till date

  1. The Government of India had increased the minimum wage of Central Government contract workers by 42 percent in 2017 by the demand raised though PIL in Delhi High Court.
  2. The contract employees of 19+ departments under Delhi Government were organized and “Joint Action Committee Against Contract System” was formed. The strong demonstration was held at Labor Minister Delhi and CM Office, Delhi, As a result, a new minimum wage notification was issued by the Kejriwal government with a 39% increase.
  3. Sahara India fraud exposed on 16 February 2022 and told the entire country through its blog and YouTube channel and appealed not to deposit money in the name of Sahara India. Which had a huge impact and people across the country stopped depositing money.
  4. Implemented minimum wage for outsourced workers in IRCTC (Psu of Indian Railways).
  5. Implemented maternity leave for outsourced women in IRCTC (Psu of Indian Railways).
  6. Efforts to reach every information to the workers of the entire country by campaigning in social media since 2012 for “equal pay for equal work”.
  7. Formation of IRCTC, New Delhi, Calcutta Employees Union.
  8. IRCTC was registered under the Contract Law Act under pressure through RTI.
  9. A circular has been issued to implement “equal work for equal” salary in RRCTC (salary 25-50 thousand) due to our regular straggle.
  10. Making biometrics attendance mandatory for officers of office rank E1-4 in IRCTC (Railway).
  11. The formation of ICC Internal Complaint Committee under Vishakha Guidelines for women workers in RRCTC corporate office.
  12. CBSE got registered under contract law under pressure through RTI.
  13. Pressured by the Labor Department of Delhi Government to submit the file of the Minimum Wage Advisory Committee, which had been suppressed for 3 months, to the Supreme Court through RTI, after which the hearing was held on 2 July 2019.
  14. First of all, the Delhi government demanded to add 5 units (two units of dependent parents) instead of 3 units (laborer + wife + two minor children) in the minimum wage.
  15. Demanded minimum wage for labours of Rs 26000 instead of Rs 18000 per months.
  16. The dearness allowance withheld for April October 2020 was released by the Delhi government by filing RTI.
  17. Payment made to pensioner teachers of Punjab National Bank, Sirdilpur, Patory, Samstipur, Bihar for March 2021.
  18. Bihar government filed FIR in May 2021 for raising the issue of teachers’ rights.
  19. Took compensation of Rs 97 thousand from Vodafone company, number was switched off by sending fake bills.
  20. Filed a PIL in Hon’ble Patna High Court to investigate the Sahara India fraud and return the money of depositors across the country.
